Festival International — on the run

We encourage all festival-goers to walk, run or stroll through the historic tree-lined streets of Downtown Lafayette. The Courir du Festival 5K presented by Stuller Inc. is another way to Fuel the Festival, with all proceeds going to support the organization and keep Festival International admission-free. The 5K route is a certified race for those runners with a more competitive streak. Race day activities include live music by Belzébuth from Québec, food, beer and awards. Registration packet includes an official race shirt and discounts from selected merchants.

Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to race start to allow time for parking and registration. On-site registration will open at 7:00 am at Scène Laborde Earles Law Firm Fais Do Do, on the 700 block of Jefferson St, near Pop’s Poboys. The race will start and finish near Scène Laborde Earles Law Firm Fais Do Do. To celebrate Festival International’s 31 years, the first 31 people to cross the finish line will receive a little lagniappe!
